Terms and Conditions of Sale

Scope

These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of clothing for photographers made by H-DESIGN via its online store. By placing an order on our site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these general conditions of sale without reservation.

Products

The products offered for sale are presented on the H-DESIGN website with essential characteristics and prices displayed in euros, all taxes included. H-DESIGN reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.

Orders

Any order placed on the H-DESIGN website constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. Orders are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability of a product after the order is placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may cancel the order or choose a replacement product.

Prices and Payment

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery charges, which are billed additionally and specified during the order validation. Payment is made online by credit card or any other payment method accepted by H-DESIGN. The order is considered effective after payment confirmation.

Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when ordering and depend on the place of delivery. H-DESIGN undertakes to make its best efforts to respect these times but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays beyond its control.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise the right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility.

The clothing must not have been worn or washed.

Warranty

The products sold by H-DESIGN are handmade and not standardized. Each piece is unique.

Liability

H-DESIGN cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of products sold on its website.

Personal Data Protection

The personal data collected during the order is necessary for its management and is processed in accordance with our privacy policy available on our website.

Disputes

In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, only French courts will be competent.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions of Sale

H-DESIGN reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.
